Ok so let me start by say I have no medical experience! But I also have no medical insurance right now, so I turned to the Internet. :0). I had whatvappeared to be a bug bite on my leg which quickly turned into something that appeared to be ringworm. I've never ha ANYHING wring with me, so I was like 'heck no, I do not want cooties'. So off to the doctor I went. It wasn't ringworm, I was having an allergic reaction to something and they didn't know what. So they gave me a round of steroids to getnrid of it. Which it did. But yet a few days later it was back. I was like ewe. So back to the doctor. Antibiotics, a few days later no change. UGH! So I turned to the Internet, I found this site (I don't know if this is what you guys rash looks like but I wanted to try to help if I could).... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001873/ ...... And I will tell u the basics incase you feel it's a scam.. I'm not though... Lol... Any who it takes about coin sized spots that ooze atnthe same time they appeared dried out.... I'm thinking omg, that's it... So I keep reading... It's called Nummular eczema.... Mostly only men get it but I kept reading because it match what was on my leg (oh yeah my rash is on my right leg below the knee only, ranging from the front to the back on inner calf) ... Anyways, it says it can be caused from allergies and asthma mixed together... Well I have seasonal allergies and a slight case of asthma, so it's highly possible this is what I have. It says to keep it not dried out with Vaseline or non scented lotions.... So I'm thinking what's the best thing for chapped lips, CARMEX! So I tried it... What do I have to lose right.... Piled the CARMEX on, placed a bandage on it (so it wouldn't get on my clothes) and then wrapped and ace bandage around it (so I couldn't move the bandage to scratch)... And 10 hours later I almost peaded my pants! It was working, granted I will have to do it a couple more days, but I'm sure it's gonna work.... And if it doesn't I will remove this post..... Just wanted to share my issues with you in hopes that it may help one of you guys....
