rash on upper inner thighs. I have a rash on my upper inner thighs-little bumps. Assume it is from the cold winter weather and dry skin. It seems to stay in that area. When she described like a shaving rash, that is what mine looks like. Like I had shaved and it got irritated. It also gets that way when expose that area to the sun. So it seems to happen in warm and cold weather. But mine is not as itchy.   As far as antibiotics and creams , that is good if they work, but I don't know that they are solving the root of the problem, only the symptoms. It would almost seem to be an internal or immun system response or allergic reaction. Problem is no one including myself knows what is causing it. I have yet to find a lotion that calms my skin down when it's irritated. I tried frangrence free Lubriderm, and Eucerine. still gets a little irritated. Fragrence lotions irritate it big time. Anyone out there know of a good lotion or natural skin product to use that does not irritate. Has anyone tried oatmeal baths or some type of natural bath sals, and did they help? I searched up and down Wal-Mart and did not find one good lotion. Even Burt's Bees had frangrence in them. Found ALoe gel l, says 100& pure gel, but the ingredrients beg to differ. That irritates my skin too.
