Hi I think I have the same thing too. I am 20 but it started when I was a junior in high school. I thought it was the chlorine from the pool because I was on the swim team. It didn't go away after I was done with swim team. I never been allergic to anything before. I have switched my laundry detergent to regular no scent or anything. It is on my arms right know but before it was on my legs but not anymore. Mostly my arms because that is where I scratch. I have been to dermatolgist and nothing has worked. They thought it was scabies but those are able to go from one person to the other but no one in my family has have it. I have had it for three years know. It is very irritating that I don't know what it is and the doctors don't help because all they do is give me cream that dosen't help.
