I posted this a few months back. I just wanted to update my progress. I researched for months trying to find relief. Doctors will just give you a simple diagnosis & assume according to your symptoms. Mine could have been a break out of Pityriasis Rosea, I thought it was Psoriasis or Enzima. I am leaning toward the Pityriasis because of the symptoms. Pityriasis is a type of virus that can last for months, no cure. I do believe this may stem around allergies but during my rash period I had a mild fever, felt sick for a day in bed, waking up to the lovely rash I developed. I believe total months with rash was 8 months.  I was at a loss at what to do with no official diagnosis. I started eating healthy, whatever will boost up your immune system. (google foods to boost your immunity) I started taking 2000 milligrams of Vitamin C every single day with out fail, I started regularly massaging Pure Olive Oil on my rash & skin all over. It really helped heal. The secret is DO NOT ITCH. If you can take a benadryl or anything to prevent the itching you will be doing yourself justice. Once you start to dig in and cause the redness to increase it does seem to multiply. Not a great idea. Often I would do the itching in my sleep, without really being aware of what I was doing. I hope you all feel better. I think some of these rashes and symptoms are much more common than the used to be. Because ppl have allergies, increased toxins and generally eating not so healthy. foods
