Q: have sun poison rash on both feet and shins. Also dependent edema. Red and purplish mottling. How do I treat? Have been drinking lots of water and keeping feet up

I am sorry this happened to you.  I am guessing by now that things have improved?

 

In the meantime here is an article you will want to read about what to do in case of sun poisoning.  I think the key, though, is prevention.  The next time you are out in the sun you really have to slather on the sunscreen and re-apply every two hours.
