ON MY RIGHT HAND I SEEM TO BE GETTING THESE LITTLE RED PUSS-LIKE BUMPS ON MY FOREARM,THEY DON'T ITCH THEY JUST LOOK LIKE LITTE WARTS BUT THEY ARE NOT. WHAT COULD IT BE?

Not really sure but obviously they are new and worrisome to you so I would get a quick check with a dermatologist. Unfortunately when it comes to skin diagnoses - you need to see it to diagnose it in most cases.
