I have a rash that spreads whenever i touch it. It comes and goes by itself. The bumps are flat, raised, and red. My palms and the soles of my feet are slightly itching. They appear occassionally and do not come with a fever or puss or pimple like bumps. The skin just looks raised. They aren't contagious.
