how can remove hair from inside skin?

Some time when we shave hair I saw it not go out skin, and want to know the best way to keep hair grow out the skin?

what you have are ingrown hairs.
here are some suggestions:
when you're showering, make sure to use a loofah and to get the dead skin off .
keep your skin moisturized.
one trick i use is to actually put skin lotion on my skin before entering the shower and then apply the shaving cream. Shave your legs last so that the heat of the shower will open your pores.
