unexplained itchy white spots on my legs and arms.,.its always itchy everytime first then after a few minutes of rubbing some white spots come seen..can you please help me how to cure this?.,.its almost goes around my legs and arms!

Have these spots gone away yet? It is nearly impossible to know what these may be...you really do need to see a doctor or dermatologist to find out.
It could be anything from an allergic reaction to hives. But I am not a doctor so I could not tell you based upon your description alone.
