Q: i have these light spots on my lower back that i believe to be sunspots. how can i get rid of them?

If you have light spots it could actually be a fungus called pitariasis rosea - a doctor would have to diagnose it and give you an anti-fungal treatment.  The sun usally causes dark spots - clusters of melasma.
