I developed this rash almost. I have red bumps and scab like things all over my chest and boobs and its very very itchy expessialy in water...i have no idea what this is...can you help?

Sometimes these things are a matter of detective work. Have you used anything different in the past week or so like a new laundry detergent or soap? Have you been in contact with any plants, pets, or insects? Have you eaten any new foods?
I would write down anything new and unusual and present this to your doctor. The only way to get help and treatment for your rash is to see a doctor who can look at it firsthand, diagnose it, and then give you something to help.
