Q: What causes me to get constantly bitten by gnats?

I keep getting constantly bitten by gnats/small tiny flies.  I bathe often and I have tried different shampoos and body soaps.  It seems as though that my body is trying to discharge scents or toxins out through my skin that attract them.  And they keep trying to bite my genitals, sometimes in my eye, fly up into my nose and mouth.
