I have suffered with spots on my neck for three years and my docter does not have any answers. I have been tested for allergies and they were all negative. The spots can come up within seconds and are really itchy whilst they are growing then they develope into a blistery type of spot. Once there, they can take months to go. i have tried antibiotic creams which did not work at all and i am currently using a steroid cream which has seemed to shrink them but if i stop using this cream they reapear within a day in the exact same places they were in before. any ideas please

Why not try to have some anti-histamines handy and as soon as you feel them developing - take a dose to see if these are somehow allergic in nature.  The steroid cream sounds like the answer but obviously you don't want to stay on thses long term.  Have you discussed a short term oral steroid  (7 days tapering) to see if it calms the ongoing issue sufficiently to reduce recurrences?  That's all I could come up with?
