Hello

I could give you some information but you really should see a doctor to make sure of what is going on.  Have you already been diagnosed with any skin condition?

Here are a variety of articles for you to look at:

Dandruff Diagnosis and Treatment

Psoriasis Information

Medication to treat dandruff and other skin condtions

Dandruff shampoo

seborrheic dermatitis

Fungal scalp Infection

On Medline Plus they say to treat fungal scalp infections by: "Anti-fungal medications, taken by mouth, are used to treat the infection. Griseofulvin, terbinafine, and itraconazole are often used to treat this condition.

Keep the area clean. A medicated shampoo, such as one containing ketoconazole or selenium sulfide, may reduce the spread of infection. Other family members and pets should be examined and treated, if necessary."

You really should ask your doctor about this as you may need a prescription shampoo.

Hope this helps!
