i have alump on my forehead

i went to docs several weeks ago was told i had an infected cyst on neck was given antibiotics did not clear up properly went back got more antibiotics i now have a red lump on forehead which i thought was a boil, i sterilized a needle and tried to burst it but only blood came out ...
