I was in the sun for about 7 hours swimming on Wednesday. All day Thursday I felt dizzy and my stomach was slightly nauseous. In the middle of the night (Thursday going into Friday) I started to feel worse. My stomach was way more upset and now I am throwing up. What can I do at home since I have no insurance and can't go to the doctor?
