I was biten by a mosquito while in San Antonio, Texas last October on my cheek and ever since i have

a pink/brown blemish there permanently. Every few weeks it goes itchy and goes red then it dies down again and goes all dry, but i always have this mark now. The same thing happens every few weeks.
