This smoothing mask can offer good hydration for any skin type. Mix these ingredients into a bowl to make a paste: 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 of an avocado, 1/4 cup honey. Smooth over skin and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse or wipe away with a cool, damp towel.

Use this mask regularly to remove toxins and to get fresh, radiant skin. Here are the ingredients: 1 egg yolk, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 avocado. Mash the avocado until smooth. Set aside. Then whip the egg until fully mixed and frothy. Add mashed avocado and milk to egg and stir until it's a lotion-like consistency. Massage over face, then rinse or wipe away.

This mask revitalizes dull-looking hair by adding moisture and oils for shine. Here's what you'll need: 1 medium avocado, 1/4 cup olive oil, i tbsp lemon juice, 2 to 4 egg yolks. Mash the avocado in a medium-sized bowl, then add olive oil, lemon juice and egg yolks. Stir into paste. Work evenly into hair, then pin hair up and cover with cap or plastic. Let stand for 30 minutes, then rinse with mild shampoo or cleansing conditioner.

Do you have oily, acne-prone skin or oily trouble areas? This mask adds protein and a natural astringent to help balance skin. Combine these ingredients in a blender: a ripe medium avocado, a egg white, a tsp lemon juice. Create a creamy paste and spread evenly over face and neck and let stand for 20 minutes. Rinse away with warm water.

Here's what you'll need for this natural skin treatment: 1 to 2 ripe avocados, depending on how many trouble spots you have and 1/4 cup of cocoa butter. Mash the avocado and cocoa butter into a thick pastte. Spread over skin, paying special attention to spots that are dry or rough. Let paste sit on your skin for at least 30 minutes. Rinse off with cool water. Repeat often for best results.
