Foods To Avoid With Eczema

Pregnant women who avoid eggs, fish, and peanuts may not be helping
their children avoid food allergies, a new study suggests. German
researchers, along with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP),
say studies show no benefit when pregnant women avoid these common
allergens. But the AAP does suggest that mothers breastfeed
exclusively for four months in order to help their children avoid
allergies, asthma, and eczema.
