Centocor gets FDA approval for expanded marketing of REMICADE (Infliximab)

Centocor, Inc. announced on August 14 that the FDA has expanded marketing approval for REMICADE® (infliximab) for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis. The new approval allows the company to market the drug to inhibit structural damage and improve physical function in patients with active psoriatic arthritis.
