Thanks Doctor for this really interesting post. I wonder just how many people might taken advantage of this kind of therapy? For lots of reasons, both good and bad, it seems a bit out of touch. I think I might be too old fashion. I mean part of therapy is working with another person to accomplish a goal. As well, a real person somehow helps to validate or reject our issues. And from what I have read on this site, sleep deprivation/insomnia, can really be tied to may different causes - mental, physical, environmental. So, I wonder how a "computer questionaire" will get the goal accomplished?
Has anyone tried this before? If so post a reply here and tell us about it.
All the best, sue
