What sleep disorder can my symptoms be of

i am ashamed to ask this , but i really need to know if i have a sleepind disorder or if I shoud go to a doctor to get diagnosed.

While I was performing oral sex on my husband once I dozed off, I didnt fall completly asleep, but dozing off is a problem, I was only getting about 2-3 hours asleep a night and I am pregnant, suffering from depression. Am I suffering from sleep deprivation?

I wanted to know if you have ever come across this situation before, have any of your paitents ever fallen asleep while performing oral sex or simular cases due to sleep deprivation
