Thanks so much for your post Beth. I am workig on trying to stick to a better "rhythm" for all of my family - kids and adults. I have noticed when I exercise in the morning, a difference in how i sleep at night. As well, that evening glass of wine is more enjoyable earlier, with a cup of decaf tea before I turn in!
I dont think most people realize that so much of what we do is tied to our sleep. Thanks for the tips.
All the best, sue

Hi Sue,
Thanks for your comments, as always- they are informative and apply to so many!
Even sticking to a basic pattern of habits, can make a big difference.
I encourage everyone to take a small step and stick to even one thing-such as meal time, exercise or bedtime habit- consistenely for a minimum of 10 days. Then take notice of what affect it has had on your sleep patterns.
Please let me know!
Best wishes,
Beth
