Thanks so much Beth for your post. I find I am so rushed with kids, house, work etc, that it really is difficult to sit and appreciate my food. Though I do feel I eat fairly healthy - its the snacking in beteen that gets me. I am trying to fall in love with veggies vs cheese and crackers, but it is still a fine line between feeding the beast (chocoate and dairy) or yelling at the family!!! But everyday we get to try again. Right?
All the best, sue

Hi Sue,
Thanks for your comments. Small everyday steps of change add up to shifts in our lifestyle with lasting effect.
Try to gradually substitue ONE snack a day into a healthy alternative. We all fall into the trap of eating the same foods over and over. Challenge your pallate to some new tastes and you will bring balance to your eating habits without too much effort.
Take it slow and steady....
Best,
Beth
