Thanks so much for this Beth.  I cannot wait to try this to see how it works for me.  As I read the dscription I could feel myself relaxing!  I'll check back to give you an update.

I've been doing yoga to help sleep for years, especially when I travel.  Forward bends tend to be calming and relaxing while backbends will wake you up.
