      <title>Getting annoyed by friends when you have insomnia</title>
      <description>I went through short-term insomnia during college. For anyone else who has been through a sleep disorder, did you find it annoying that anyone you told gave you the same suggestion - &quot;you should really get some sleep.&quot; Like it was an active choice I had at the time. There needs to be better education about what a sleep disorder really is, and how to recognize one, since for a little while I didn&amp;#39;t even realize what it was.</description>
