Thanks Jerry. I have to admit this was a bit refreshing to see someone say we are all just fine - calm down already!  I'm not sure it erases all the studies out there that show we are a sleep deprived nation, but it certainly was exciting to read about other reasons for feeling tired or unenergetic.
