Homeopathy is often helpful in relieving light cases of snoring (with one dose of the remedy).

In difficult or chronic cases, the uvula (that little "tongue" in the back of your upper palate) may be swollen and the air passing through will create the bothersome sound.

In this case, we have to find out what the person is allergic to. Avoiding the offending food is usually enough to solve the proble.

In either case, all you need is one visit to a knowledgeable practitioner.

hey i just wanted to say, you're never to young to have a sleeping disorder, i was diagnosed when i was 12 yrs old with sleep apnea. its not just weigh which explains sleep apena, at 12 i was a perfectly healthy active 12 yr old, and was not overweight and due to an overzealous exercise routine at 16 i was considered underweight, nevertheless my status of having sleep apnea didnt change. the (genetic) structure of your airways (not sure of the medical terms) can led to a predisposition of sleep apena.

Its probably worth getting it checked out, CPAP machines arent that bad...and when you finally realise all the sleep you've missed out on...you really notice the difference!

    Good Luck!
