Thanks Kate. I have to say I have found all of these tips to prove true - in my case anyway. Sometimes I can get away with one of them not happening. But most often with all of these working in tandem, a good night's sleep is had by this hard working mom of 3 kids under 4 years old! And that is hard to come by with this house full.
