I just had a sleep study done on me and was told,
1. I had moderate sleep apnea and
2. The graph showed I tossed and turned 3 times more that most people. I have know idea how to approach resolving this problem.
I now have a machine for the sleep apnea and the snoring has finally stopped!!! The problem I have now is I wake up in the morning and I am laying on the mask, thus I am really tired and sore for work. This happened twice in one week. Any ideas?
Please note I have had ADHD all my life and take 3 tablets a day. breakfast, lunch and the last one no later than 6pm. Also the nose piece came apart both times I had the problem. I got up fixed it all, next thing I know I wake to the morning alarm and I am laying on the nose piece.
