    This is so true.  I know when I eat "junk foods" I sleep worse than if I have had a good daily diet with lots of water.

     

    I guess I need to cut back on that bite (ok two) of chocolate before my head hits the pillow!

    PS - doesn't it help to not eat after a certain hour in the evening too?
