Many things make a difference to how long and how well we sleep. Sleep disorders (sleep apnea, insomnia,) stress, poor sleep hygiene, or just a bedroom that's too hot, too cold or too light - any of these things can disrupt your sleep. Thanks Florence.  The more I read, the more I realize I really need to get to bed (of course I sit here working at 11:26 pm!) But seriously, I've been trying to come up with a stronger, more consistent shut down for myself - crashing into the bed exhausted just doesn't seem to be working anymore.  I am not waking up feeling rested.  So I guess its time for a little re-examination of priorities.  And hopefully some more sleep.

    All the best, sue
