    Great post Florence.  I have been reading alot about how important exercise can be when trying to get a good night's sleep.  And it doesn't need to be a big, heavy workout.  As a matter of fact, low intesity exercise seems to be better for you.  A walk of the family dog, yoga stretches, something to raise your heart rate a bit.
