Thanks for your reply. when I think back to my own childnood back in the forties and fifties, how much simpler the choices were then. But I know there were still choices to be made to make sure children chose the right paths to stay healthy and happy. How much more difficult it is now with all the new gadgets and forms of entertainment.

Thanks for another important post about caring for our children and watching that their sleep habits be good and healthy.
It is so important to start young with these kinds of choices. It can be very difficult, speaking from experience, to make the best choices, when the easier choices seem to get you through the moment smoothly. Long-term health planning is so important for parents and their kids. Eating right, good exercise, mental stimulation through books and art, and solid sleep habits will only help kids in the future.
