Hi Florence - Hope you are well. This is really great information. I am so glad you found and posted for all of us. I have to agree about the pillows. They really can help create a better posture and I have to say for me I sleep sounder. When I was pregnant and having my second daughter, I bought this great pillow - The Snoogle. It is shaped like an "S" and it just supports everywhere. I've used it since when I have had back issues. But having read your post, I am planning on using it more and more.
