Ah yes Florence I remember all of these so well. And now I am a mother of three with a monitor in the bedroom...enough said.
Just a quick note on your suggestion of herbal tea for relaxation. Women should be cautious about ingesting some particluar herbs in the tea as some can have adverse effects while pregnant. Women should check with their doctors before drinking these kinds of teas or taking any kind of herbal supplement.
