Perhaps you have never thought of S.A.D. as a sleep disorder. In the strictest sense, it's not. It's a form of depression....


Hi Florence: Great post. thanks for all the information. It can really be a weird time of year for folks out there. Glad there are resources for people to get help and try and to prevent serious bouts of SAD.
