For those who suffer from the Winter Blues, now is the time, as the days dwindle down to a precious few hours, to get out and enjoy the sunlight while you can. Go for long walks in the park. Hear those crisp leaves crackling underfoot. Even raking leaves can be fun. Feel that warm sun on your back or on your face. Then, when winter arrives, do what you can to prevent those winter doldrums. Spring will be here before you know it.
