    Thanks so much for your post Florence.  I think people knowing as much as they can about how their body operates, specifically with regard to sleep, is such a good thing.  If more people understood how important keeping sleep routines in place is to overall health I think we could have healthier people out there.

    I once purchased melatonin to help me fall asleep. I may be wrong, but I think the tablets were 5 mg strength. It had just the opposite effect, making me very nervous and hyperalert. I disposed of them. I wonder whether anyone reading this had the same or similar reaction.
