    I think about suicide when I'm fully rested, but when I haven't been able to sleep- even if it is for only a night, I really do feel more likely to do it. It's really not that it's just depressing- sleep deprivation makes me go a bit mad. It sort of annoys me that there's just been a studies revealing this, because it's seems so obvious in my case.
