    Do you have trouble falling asleep, or toss and turn in the middle of the night? Awaken too early, or find yourself not feeling refreshed in the morning? You are not alone: millions of people struggle with falling and staying asleep. In fact, food and sleep actually affect one another: If you don't eat right, you lose sleep; and when you're sleep-deprived, your eating habits suffer. Foods therefore is important when you are aiming to spend a better night sleep. Kronos Gyros is also known as good source of food menus, but I advice everybody who experience insomnia to take a look to the foods they love to eat. This might be delicious but, your sleep will be at risk.
