Hi! I have used several differant kinds over the years because i have a problem with insomnia. I have taken ambien regular and the ambien er and they made do things in my sleep where i got hurt cause i would magorly sleep walk . I am taking now halcion and has worked the very best for me. Also the problem with the ambien was it would sill be in my system the next morning whcich I was unaware of and if i had to drive some where would be dangerous.
