I am currently doing research on opinions of sleep aids. I was looking to contact top doctors and hospitals to get names of doctors and hospitals that are ranked at the top. Also, what are some opinions of the top sleeping aids to take? prescription vs over the counter? most popular? etc. THANKS SO MUCH for the help!!

Hi! I have used several differant kinds over the years because i have a problem with insomnia. I have taken ambien regular and the ambien er and they made do things in my sleep where i got hurt cause i would magorly sleep walk . I am taking now halcion and has worked the very best for me. Also the problem with the ambien was it would sill be in my system the next morning whcich I was unaware of and if i had to drive some where would be dangerous.
