    I live in an apartment with radiators and I have no control over how hot and dry it gets in the winter - I'll definitely take this suggestion into consideration.

    On May29,07, my little grand-daughter had what I think was a severe sleep apnea attack, and slipped off into a deep sleep for several hours in the hospital. Something told me own the way home with her to get a cool mist humidfier. ( just one of those little mesages you get every now and then). Well I did. She still has labored breathing all night but not really severe like it is without the humidifier. People try it, it helps.
