use a humidifier

I've found that getting a good humidifier can make it MUCH easier to get a good night's sleep. We've had good luck with the Bionaire - PERMAtech Digital Cool Mist Humidifier. We got it at BestBuy (Bionaire - PERMAtech Digital Cool Mist Humidifier - ). It's a little expensive, but the container is dishwasher-safe making it much easier to keep clean. Sleep well!
