    Thank you for your SharePost on Chronic Insomnia. As you mentioned, the list of possible causes you provided is just of the "common" ones - yikes! It seems we're all destined for Chronic Insomnia galore! Yet, not the case. With your continued help and very informative posts, we can be more "rest assured" (literally and figuratively) to get more "rest, assured." Your fine advice is much appreciated.
