Hi Maggie,

I am so sorry you have been dealing with insomnia! I have a friend who started using this sound therapy called Prescription Audio and has seen really great results from it. The best part is that it is all natural and a non-drug solution, so no negative side affects. Their sleep product is called nocturne and you can get it online at http://www.prescriptionaudio.com/.  I'm not sure if it works for everyone but it could be the perfect solution for you and it might be worth giving a shot. Hope that helps!
