I know I dream at night while asleep, but when I awaken in the mornings, I have no knowledge of the dreams. I can't remember anything about the dream, but I know I have been dreaming.  I also take Ambien CR for insomnia, so does this put me in such a deep sleep that I don't remember them?  Also, I never turn over at night, I'll wake up in the same position as I was when I went to sleep. Surely the Ambien doesn't cause this too.   What could causes this?
