I've had it for twenty years and occasionally use of both Pramipexole and Clonzepam does not stop it. It seems to occur at REM stages of sleep, then alerted to it presence I cannot stop it again. I hesitate to take more medication so I slip down to the condo hot tub; sometimes at 02:00 hours; and then finally relief. Is all the talk about Magnesium valid? I tried it for a while without any success. Just today, in the local paper there is an ad for a "new" medication which, when we looked it up has, you guessed it, Magnesium. They want $90.00 for 60 pills. Are these scammers or what? Tell me more about Magnesium please. Am I wrong about this? Does it build up in the system? Sleep is wonderful if not buggered up by these wretched RLS episodes. Sometimes I seem to "wait for them" and sure enough they come. CR
