Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 06:12 AMThanks, Sue. Yes, it is I, Leah of the "Leah" blog.

I am happy to announce that this, my fifth night with Mr. CPAP, has proved to be the turning point. I was able to sleep comfortably for almost seven uninterrupted hours!
This morning I arose refreshed for the first time in ages. Hopefully, this will continue!I appreciate your comments. I am going to post another time to write about my good night. Someone sometime in the future may be struggling with their CPAP and I hope my post will encourage them to just get through those early days grappling with their CPAP.

I feel better in the mornings and , after awhile, you should get over the " can't breathe" feeling. Glad it's going well for you , keep on keeping on !!
